Rund featured in major co-living industry report

Rund has been recognised as a key partner in Conscious Coliving's comprehensive new industry report, Building Homes, Supporting Urban Regeneration and Fostering Communities through Co-Living.

The research, based on interviews with over 40 industry leaders and co-living residents plus data from CBRE and Experian, positions co-living as a scalable solution to the UK's urban challenges - from housing affordability and climate goals to building stronger community connections.

The report reveals substantial growth potential, identifying approximately 3.7 million potential customers nationwide. However, only 11,000 co-living beds are currently available, heavily concentrated in London. Regional markets like Bristol and Birmingham show particular promise, with 56% of private renters aged 18-45 representing co-living's core demographic.

As a featured partner in this research, Rund continues to demonstrate our commitment to supporting transformational co-living developments that address urban loneliness and create genuine community growth in city environments.

The report provides valuable insights into the sector's current state and significant growth potential, reinforcing the importance of developments that go beyond accommodation to nurture real community connections.
