The Professional Services Award recognises excellence in regulated sector management, underpinned by strong financial performance and a commitment to professional standards. This category spans a wide range of sectors including legal, financial, recruitment, and consultancies, and celebrates organisations that deliver consistently high levels of service while operating with integrity and professionalism.

Our submission and subsequent interview with the judging panel focused on key areas such as service quality, talent recruitment and retention strategies, and the differentiators that set the business apart from competitors. The award highlights the strength of Rund’s operations, from how services are delivered to how teams are developed and supported internally.

In addition to this recognition, we were also named Company of the Year – an award selected by the judging panel from all category finalists. This title is awarded to a business that stands out as an inspiration to others across the region and represents the highest overall standard of achievement among finalists.
