Today, we are delighted to welcome Elliot Taylor to our London office, where he will be working as an Associate.

Elliot boasts an impressive academic record and extensive experience in construction consultancy. He has a first-class degree in Mathematics from The University of East Anglia, an MSc in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University, receiving the ‘best graduating student’ award, and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. Elliot also holds MRICS status in Quantity Surveying and Construction and is an Assessor of the APC for RICS. These qualifications demonstrate Elliot’s expertise in both Quantity Surveying and Construction Law, which will be a valuable asset across our service offerings.

Elliot joins us from a global consultancy, where he worked as an Associate Cost Consultant. His project experience spans a range of tenures across the residential sector, including PBSA, affordable housing, and build-to-rent. Highlights from his experience include a high-value PBSA and Shared Ownership project on which Elliot was Lead Consultant, and large multi-phase regeneration projects in Canning Town and Harringay which delivered in excess of 950 mixed-tenure residential units including retained heritage buildings and a hotel.

Elliot prioritises client service and establishes a collaborative project environment to meet and exceed project objectives. His skills include cost consultancy, project management, and contract administration.
