We are delighted to introduce the newest member of our structured graduate programme, Aoife Keegan, who joined our London office today as Graduate Surveyor.

Aoife is a first-class French and Spanish graduate of the University of Leeds, and she arrives at Rund with robust work experience in the construction industry.

In the summer of 2024, Aoife undertook work experience at a real estate consultancy in their Residential Capital Markets division. In this role, she conducted site inspections and produced reports used to update the firm’s build-to-rent master database. She also applied a rental comparative analysis model to evaluate market value and inform property valuations and investment decisions.

The following month, Aoife worked at a commercial real estate services and investment firm, where she assisted in underwriting an institutional single family housing scheme to support pricing for a pan-European investment management firm. She also analysed specific market dynamics for the PBSA team to advise clients on development viability and investment opportunities.

These placements gave Aoife an insight into costing analysis, and her interest in Real Estate led her to Rund’s graduate assessment day, where she impressed our team with her analytical skills and collaborative approach. Aoife then returned to university to complete her degree, graduating in 2025.

We’re very much looking forward to being part of Aoife’s career journey as she finds her fit in the construction industry, and we know she’ll make a fantastic member of the team.
