We are delighted to welcome Asad Hasan to our Bristol office as Assistant Surveyor.

A registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Asad has gained both Quantity Surveying and Project Management experience in Pakistan’s construction sector, and his role at Rund marks his transition to the UK’s construction industry.

In 2020, Asad graduated from the National University of Science and Technology, Islamabad, with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. After this, Asad worked as a Site Engineer at an investment management firm in Islamabad. In this role, his duties included executing refurbishments and renovations and overseeing structural and architectural design processes.

Following this, Asad worked as a Quantity Surveyor at a construction firm in Jhelum, Pakistan. During this time, Asad provided a range of cost consultancy services, including assessing labour and material costs to meet budget constraints, delivering progress reports for stakeholder reviews, and ensuring compliance with scopes of work and schedules.

Most recently, Asad has been pursuing a master’s degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, graduating in June 2025.
