Rund is thrilled to announce that Ed Habgood and Henrietta Selman have joined our London team as Graduate Surveyors, as part of our 2025 Graduate Programme.
Ed is a history graduate from the University of Sussex, which has provided him with exceptional research skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities in presenting well-supported cases. Ed has also completed an internship with a London-based property investment firm, during which he gained valuable initial experience in real estate through conducting market research and assessing the viability of converting commercial projects to residential use. This hands-on experience in property assessment and market analysis - combined with his academic training - has equipped him with the analytical skills essential for a career in construction consultancy.
Henrietta is a real estate graduate from Nottingham Trent University, who is passionate about commercial real estate and sustainable development. Her time at university included a placement year at a global real estate services provider, which deepened her enthusiasm for a career in the built environment and provided her with informative APC information, which she plans to pursue at Rund. More specifically, the placement left her with skills ranging across collaboration, problem-solving, client interaction, and time management – all of which have thoroughly prepared her for the next stage of her career as a graduate.
Both Ed and Henrietta represent the calibre of talent we actively seek through our Graduate Programme, which is designed to nurture promising early-career professionals and provide them with the structured support, mentorship, and development opportunities they need to excel in the surveying profession.
We are committed to investing in the next generation of surveyors and look forward to supporting both Ed and Henrietta as they begin their professional journey with us, working towards their industry qualifications and building successful careers in the construction industry.
