Rund is continuing to invest in early career development for aspiring surveyors by welcoming a new Graduate Surveyor, Oliver Taviner, at our Bristol office.

Oliver joins Rund as a recent first-class honours graduate from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Geography, bringing strong analytical and quantitative skills that will serve him well as he begins his career in construction consultancy.

Oliver has shown a strong eagerness to move from academic theory into practical application, supported by his collaborative mindset and effective communication skills. His active listening, thoughtful questioning, and willingness to immerse himself in projects reflect the professional curiosity and engagement that underpin excellent client service.

With his ability to work both independently and as part of experienced teams, he will be a valuable addition to Rund, and we look forward to supporting his development through our established Graduate Programme.
