Rund strengthens operational support with new Administrator

Today, we are pleased to welcome Ashlie Hayes to our Southampton office, where she will be working as an Administrator.

Ashlie brings with her a wealth of experience in administration, event management, customer service, and production management. Her background includes senior roles in hospitality and theatre production, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership, communication skills, and a sharp attention to detail.

Most recently, Ashlie held the position of Head of Events and Senior Hotel Manager at a large hotel in Bournemouth, where she was responsible for managing a small team, overseeing event operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Notably, she supported the delivery of high-profile events such as the Dorset Tourism Awards, contributing to the hotel’s recognition as Business Events Venue of the Year.

Ashlie is highly organised, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is committed to maintaining excellent service standards. We’re very much looking forward to the significant contributions she will bring to the team.
